Robin JessopRobin Jessop BA (Dunelm) FRICS FAAV - Managing Director

Robin read Geography at Durham University before embarking on The RICS correspondence course at The College of Estate Management. He has been practicing in North Yorkshire and South Durham for the last 30 years and has a vast amount experience in the sale and valuation of rural property. He specializes in the Valuation and Sale of Farms, Smallholdings, Country Houses, Barn Conversions, Agricultural Land and Land with Development Potential. Robin has particular expertise in valuing rural assets for Divorce and Partnership dissolution and acting as an Independent Expert Witness in these matters.

 

Tim GowerTim Gower BSc (Hons) (Surv) MRICS - Principal Valuer

Tim studied Urban Estate Surveying at Trent Polytechnic. Tim has over 20 years experience in the Rural Property Market and principally handles Residential Sales and Lettings. He also specializes in Compensation for major road schemes with particular emphasis on the A1, A66 and A19 Trunk Roads. He has particular expertise in Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax and Rating, providing specialist advice for Agricultural Property Relief and Private Residence Relief purposes. He also specializes in providing Market Valuations for Bank Lending and Tax Planning Purposes.

 

Tim GowerAndrew Dickins BSc (Hons) MRICS FAAV

Andrew studied Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University College. He was brought up on the family farm near Northallerton. Since leaving Harper he has practiced throughout North Yorkshire. He has a good knowledge of agricultural and land agency issues specializing in Single Farm Payments and Tenancy matters.





Tim GowerSarah Jessop BSc (Hons) - Sales Manager

Sarah studied Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University College. .  She is responsible for the management of the property sales and lettings department.
